1. Definitions

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. VIP members may enjoy higher deposit limits subject to approval.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes during banking hours. Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, or due to bank processing times beyond qq589's control. qq589 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply transaction fees.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited. qq589 reserves the right to reverse any deposits suspected of being third-party payments and close the Account.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

qq589 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious deposit patterns, including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without gameplay, will trigger investigation and may result in account freezing and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

qq589 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. A processing fee of 1% (minimum Rp 10,000, maximum Rp 50,000) applies to subsequent withdrawals within the same month.

5.5 Withdrawal Reversals

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a 2-hour pending period during which you may cancel the request. After 2 hours, withdrawal requests are locked and cannot be reversed. Funds are deducted from your Account balance immediately upon submission.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses awarded by qq589 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotional page or communicated via email/SMS. General bonus rules apply unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x) before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7. Sports Betting Rules

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.2 Permanent Closure by qq589
